Study Permit
A Study Permit is necessary for most foreign nationals who want to study in Canada. The applicant must include an acceptance letter from a Designated Learning Institution (DLI). Important to note, a Study Permit is not a visa and does not grant you authority to enter Canada. Depending on your country, you might need an electronic travel authorization (eTA) or a visitor visa. If your study permit is approved, you will be issued one along with your study permit (if applicable).
Benefits of hiring an expert
A study permit application is much more than just filling out forms, we use our expertise to provide evidence and additional information from our experience with dealing with Canadian immigration officials. We conduct legal research, cite case law and include a legal submission advocating for your application’s approval. Hiring a highly skilled individual to handle your case takes away from the stress of the exhaustive immigration system.
